What is your pricing and what does it include?

What is the capacity of your space?


250 guests including bridal party.

You can see the available dates here.  Subject to change without notice.    


Is there a deposit?  When are payments due?


We require a non-refundable deposit of $250, which is applied towards the balance of the room rental.  We can do a monthly payment plan and will pay it out 30 days prior to the event.  We do take credit cards on our website and you are welcome to pay any amount over the minimum monthly payment through this link.  Credit card invoicing can also be set up; however, it is for a set amount.  


How do I reserve the date?


At the time of signing the contract, the non-refundable $250 deposit is required.  Contracts can be completed electronically or in person.  Contracts completed electronically are done through Adobe Sign.  


Do I need to schedule a tour?


It is better to schedule a tour as we may not always be at the venue.  You can schedule a tour online here.


Do you provide catering?


No, we are venue rental only. Outside caterers are welcome.  A list of providers can be found here.  You are free to use any one of them or one of your own.  


Do you allow alcohol?


Yes.  A bartender is required to serve the alcohol and we will need a copy of his/her license.  Security is required when alcohol is served.  


Will there be another event the same day?


No.  We only book one event per day.  This allows us to focus on your event.  


Are there overnight accommodations close?


Yes.  There are several to choose from within five miles of our location.


How many cars will your parking lot accommodate?


200 cars.


What type of tables are offered?


We have round tables that are 60 inches in diameter and several eight-foot rectangle tables that can be used for your event.   


Do you provide tables lines and silverware?


Disposable tablecloths, in either black or white, are available upon request.  We do not provide cloth lines or any type of dinnerware.  


We plan on having the wedding offsite. Is the fee change?


No, the fee is still the same as we still would give you time to come in and decorate before the ceremony.  


What form of payments are accepted?


We take cash, checks, and credit cards.  


What time will I have access to the venue for decorating?


The times are stated in the contract.  Please plan accordingly.  


Do you include a wedding coordinator?


We do not include a wedding coordinator.  We will have a Staff Member on site all day long for minor changes to the set-up and answer any questions that may come up during the day.
